Croon lets you hear songs sung in your own voice, privately. Two rules carry the whole product: the voice must be yours, and what Croon makes is for you alone. Everything below follows from those two.
By using Croon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Croon.
You may only create a voice from your own voice. You confirm this in the app before recording. You may not upload, or attempt to model, the voice of any other person — including public figures, recording artists, friends, or family — with or without their permission. Doing so is a breach of these terms, and we may delete the voice and terminate the account.
You are responsible for the audio you upload. You represent that you have the right to use it for the private purpose Croon serves. Do not upload material that is unlawful, or that you were told not to copy.
Covers are generated for your personal, private listening. Croon deliberately provides no sharing, no public feed, and no export. You may not attempt to extract, redistribute, publish, broadcast, sell, or otherwise make covers publicly available, including by circumventing the app’s technical limits. This is not a feature we have yet to build; it is the boundary the product is built on.
You keep whatever rights you have in the recordings you provide. We claim no ownership of your voice or your uploads, and we do not use them to build a voice for anyone else or to promote the service. We own the app, the website, and the software behind them.
Croon depends on cloud processing. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and jobs may fail or be delayed. We may limit how much you can generate in order to keep the service running.
You can stop at any time and delete everything from You → Data → Delete all my data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
Croon is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content.
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Croon means you accept the updated terms.

你保留你对所提供录音的既有权利。我们不主张对你的声音或上传内容的所有权，不会用它们为他人建立音色， 也不会用于宣传本服务。App、网站及其背后的软件归我们所有。
Croon 依赖云端算力。我们可能变更、暂停或下线某些功能，任务也可能失败或延迟。 为维持服务运行，我们可能对生成量设置上限。
你可随时停止使用，并通过我的 → 数据 → 删除我的全部数据清除一切。 对违反本条款的账号，我们可暂停或终止。
Croon 按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失、 以及数据或内容丢失承担责任。
我们可能更新本条款；顶部日期会随之变化，重大变更会在 App 内告知。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。
