The short version. Croon records your voice so that songs can be played back in your own voice. Those covers are for your ears only — Croon has no sharing, no public feed, and no export. We do not sell your data, we run no advertising or analytics SDKs, and we never use your voice to build a voice for anyone else. You can delete everything from inside the app.
This policy explains what Croon (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Croon iOS app and this website.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. From that we receive an account identifier, and — depending on what you allow — your email address and display name. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address. We never receive your Apple or Google password.
We collect audio directly from the recording screen or from the song/file you select in the app. Before any upload begins, Croon identifies the data that will be sent, the recipients, and the processing purpose. You must actively select the consent checkbox before the upload action becomes available. If you do not consent, the audio is not transmitted.
After permission is given, uploaded audio is sent to Croon’s API, stored in Qiniu Cloud S3-compatible object storage, and processed by our self-hosted GPU worker. The GPU worker is operated by Croon and is not a third-party AI service. No public third-party AI API receives your raw voice recording, selected song, or generated cover.

We share only the data needed with these third-party service providers, and only for the stated functions:
Each provider named above is required to protect personal data to the same or an equivalent level as described in this policy, use it only to provide its service to Croon, and not use it for its own advertising, profiling, or AI model training. If a provider cannot provide that protection, we will stop sharing personal data with that provider.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We do not share raw recordings or covers with any other public third-party AI APIs.
Your voice, uploaded audio, and generated covers remain in Croon’s systems and Qiniu Cloud object storage until you delete the item or your account. Completed covers may also be downloaded to your device for playback; that local copy remains under the app’s control until the item or app data is deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.
Inside the app: You → Data → Delete all my data. That removes your voices, your uploads, and your covers from our servers. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also delete an individual voice or cover at any time.
If you want your account removed entirely, or you cannot access the app, email us at the address below and we will do it for you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to us and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Croon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit. Credentials on your device are stored in the iOS keychain, not in plain files. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store more than the service needs.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app.

获得许可后，音频会发送到 Croon API，存储在 Qiniu Cloud 的 S3 兼容对象存储中，再由 Croon 自建 GPU Worker 处理。该 GPU Worker 由 Croon 自行运营，并非第三方 AI 服务。你的原始 录音、所选歌曲及生成作品不会发送给任何公开的第三方 AI API。

我们要求上述每个服务提供商按照与本政策相同或同等的标准保护个人数据，只能为 Croon 提供约定服务，不得将数据用于其自身的广告、用户画像或 AI 模型训练。如果某个提供商不能提供 这种保护，我们将停止向其共享个人数据。
我们不出售、不出租你的个人信息，不与数据经纪商或广告商共享。原始录音与作品不会与公开的第三方 AI API 共享。
你的音色、上传音频与生成作品会保存在 Croon 系统及 Qiniu Cloud 对象存储中，直到你删除对应 内容或删除账号。完成的作品也可能下载到你的设备供播放；该本地副本由 App 管理，直到对应内容或 App 数据被删除。服务端日志仅为安全与排障保留有限期限，之后清除。
在 App 内：我的 → 数据 → 删除我的全部数据。这会把你的音色、上传与作品从我们的 服务器上移除。删除不可撤销。你也可以随时单独删除某个音色或某条作品。
若你想彻底注销账号、或已无法进入 App，发邮件给我们，我们代你处理。
依据你所在地区的法律，你可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除你的个人信息，并对特定处理提出异议或 要求限制。写信给我们，我们会回应。行使这些权利不会导致你受到任何差别对待。
Croon 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其信息。若你认为有儿童向我们提供了数据，请联系我们，我们会删除。
数据传输过程加密。设备上的登录凭证存放在 iOS 钥匙串中，而非明文文件。没有系统能做到绝对安全， 但我们不会存储超出服务所需的内容。
政策变更时我们会更新顶部日期；涉及重大变更的，会在 App 内告知你。
